SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Mt. Vernon street, north side, 17th street to 18th street.

8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M.
Monday to Sunday

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Thompson street, both sides, Frankford avenue to Marlborough street.
