Transmitting a bill authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or a part of a parcel of land bounded by Tulip Street, East Tucker Street, Memphis Street, and East Albert Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
