SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Fairmount avenue, both sides, 18th street to 19th street.

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Melon street, north side, 15th street to Sydenham street.

4th street, both sides, Thompson street to Girard avenue.
