THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-213. Farmers' Markets.

      (7) Permissible Locations.  Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(   )      The sidewalk of the north side of Mt. Vernon Street from 13th Street to Broad Street.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
