THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Michael Betancourt for AION Partners, ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain certain structural right-of-way encroachments ("Encroachment") at One South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Vestibule #1: from a point sixty three feet four inches (63'-4") north of the property corner of One South Broad Street on the northeasterly corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets, a vestibule, thirty one feet three inches (31'-3") wide, twenty feet four inches tall (20'-4"), and extending three feet seven inches (3'-7") into the easterly footway of Broad Street, with eighteen feet five inches (18'-5") of clear footway remaining. Said vestibule to have foundations extending four or more feet deep.

Vestibule #2: from a point sixty three feet four inches (63'-4") south of the property corner of One South Broad Street on the southeasterly corner of Broad Street and South Penn Square, a vestibule, thirty one feet three inches (31'-3") wide, twenty feet four inches tall (20'-4"), and extending three feet seven inches (3'-7") into the easterly footway of Broad Street, with eighteen feet five inches (18'-5") of clear footway remaining. Said vestibule to have foundations extending four or more feet deep.

Vestibule #3: from a point seventy five feet five inches (75'-5") east of the property corner of One South Broad Street on the northeasterly corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets, a vestibule, twenty five feet six inches (25'-6") wide, twenty feet four inches tall (20'-4"), and extending two feet nine inches (2'-9") into the northerly footway of Chestnut Street, with thirteen feet three inches (13'-3") of clear footway rema...
