WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "Model Cities"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 15, 1969, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Model Cities, identified by house number and street address as 2310-2314 North Marshall street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

2310-2314 North Marshall street.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the westerly side of Marshall street (fifty wide), said point being located ninety-nine and eighty-three hundredths feet northward from the intersection of the said side of Marshall street and the northerly side of Dauphin street (fifty feet wide) and extending; thence, containing in front or breadth on the said Marshall street forty-seven and seventeen hundredths feet and extending of that width westward between parallel lines, perpendicular to the said Marshall street, eighty and eighty-seven hundredths feet to a three and five tenths feet wide alley and being bound on the north line by a three feet wide alley.
