THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to 1919 Market LP, ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain various right-of-way encroachments ("Encroachment") at 1919 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Illuminated Sidewalk Inlay
An illuminated sidewalk inlay, approximately six and half feet (6.5') in width and twenty seven feet (27') in length, is to be placed approximately one hundred forty seven feet (147') east of the eastern curb line of 20th Street and twelve and half feet (12.5') north of the north curb line of Market Street.

Pedestrian Benches
Two pedestrian benches, measuring approximately two feet (2') in width and six feet (6') in length, to be placed approximately two and half feet (2.5') northerly from the face of northerly curb of Market Street. Said benches, measured from center, shall be placed, one at forty one feet (41') and the other at one hundred seventy three feet (173') easterly from eastern curb face of 20th Street.

Underground Electrical Serves with Street Receptacles:

Private Electrical Facility #1
From a point, approximately forty five feet (45') north from the northeast corner of 20th Street and Market Street, an underground utility line extends approximately sixty five feet northerly along 20th Street and set back approximately four feet (4') easterly from eastern curb face of 20th Street.

Private Electrical Facility #2
From a point, approximately forty seven feet (47') easterly from the northeast corner of 20th Street and Market Street, an underground utility line extends approximately one hundred forty feet (140') easterly along Market Street and set back approximately one and half feet (1.5') from the face of northerly ...
