WHEREAS, Bill No. 150439 was passed by Council on June 18, 2015, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

 

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 150439, entitled “Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts,” by creating the Woodland Avenue Business District for Sidewalk Vending; and establishing special provisions for licensing vendors in certain Business Districts; all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
