THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Bill Number 150473, passed by Council on June 18, 2015, is hereby

repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
