WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington-Fishtown Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "New Kensington-Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of New Kensington-Fishtown, identified by house number and street address as 2208 East Norris street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

2208 East Norris street.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of piece of ground situated in the Eighteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the southwesterly side of East Norris street (fifty feet wide) fifty-five feet one and one-eighth inches southeastward from the southeasterly side of Sepviva street (fifty feet wide); Thence extending southwestward on a line at right angles to the said Norris street eighty-two feet five inches to a point; Thence extending southeastward on a line parallel to the said Norris street thirteen feet five inches to a point; Thence extending eastward on a line at right angles to Tulip street (fifty feet wide) four feet eight and five-eighths inches to a point; Thence extending northeastward on a line at right angles to the said Norris street eighty-two feet and one-quarter inch to a point on the southwesterly side of the s...
