THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to John Rybas of S. 17th Street LLC ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain multiple right-of-way encroachments ("Encroachment") at 1002-16 S. 17th, Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Proposed metal railings 42" in height surrounding open egress wells at the following locations:

1016 South 17th Street

Along the building from the south property line of 1016 S. 17th Street to a point ten feet ten inches (10'-10") farther north, encroaching into the west footway of 17th Street three feet (3'-0"), with nine feet (9'-0") of clear unobstructed walkway remaining.

1014 South 17th Street

Along the building from a point four feet eleven inches (4'-11") north of the south property line of 1014 S. 17th Street to a point ten feet ten inches (10'-10") farther north, encroaching into the west footway of 17th Street three feet (3'-0"), with six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed walkway remaining.

1012 South 17th Street

Along the building from the south property line of 1012 S. 17th Street to a point ten feet ten inches (10'-10") farther north, encroaching into the west footway of 17th Street three feet (3'-0"), with six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed walkway remaining.

1010 South 17th Street
