THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain a sign encroachment ("Encroachment") at 3220-60 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 as follows:
Encroachment Description:
Three (3) sign encroachments each 7'- 0" h x 1'-2"w x 3/4d:
Sign 1
At a point in the south footway of South Street approximately one hundred thirty seven feet eight inches (137'-8") feet east of east curb line of 33rd Street and fourteen one inch (14'-1") off the south curbline of South Street.
Sign 2
At a point in the south footway of South Street approximately three hundred thirty seven feet nine inches (337'-9") feet east of east curb line of 33rd Street and fourteen (14'-0") off the south curbline of South Street.
Sign 3
At a point in the south footway of South Street approximately five hundred seventeen feet five inches (517'-5") feet east of east curb line of 33rd Street and thirteen feet ten inches (13'-10") off the south curbline of South Street.
SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may allow minor variations of the dimension limits of Section 1, within standard tolerances of current engineering practice.
SECTION 3. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Owner must first obtain or have its contractor(s) obtain all required permits...
