THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Anthony Dicicco ("Owner") legalize existing building and bay encroachments at 110, 112 and 114 Olive Street "(Encroachment"), Philadelphia, PA, 19123 as follows:

Encroachment Description:

110 Olive Street

A bay window from the west property line of 110 Olive Street extending to a point approximately thirteen feet (13'-0") east and one foot nine inches (1'-9") over the south footway of Olive Street. The encroachment has a nine foot (9'-0") clearance above the said footway.

A building encroachment bound by the west property line and the east property line of 110 Olive Street extending approximately five inches (0'-5") into the south footway of Olive Street.

112 Olive Street

A bay window from the east property line of 112 Olive Street extending to a point approximately thirteen feet two inches (13'-2") west and one foot nine inches (1'-9") over the south footway of Olive Street. The encroachment has a nine foot (9'-0") clearance above the said footway.

A building encroachment bound by the west property line and the east property line of 112 Olive Street extending approximately five inches (0'-5") into the south footway of Olive Street.

114 Olive Street

A bay window from approximately two feet six inches (2'-6") east of the west property line of 114 Olive Street extending to a point approximately ten feet four inches (10'-4") east and one foot nine inches (1'-9") over the south footway of Olive Street. The encroachment has a nine foot (9'-0") clearance above the said footway.


SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and sp...
