THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Adam S. Harbin, ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain various right-of-way encroachments ("Encroachment") 339 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 as follows:
Encroachment Description:
A footway encroachment of four (4) planters along the east side of Broad Street between Callowhill Street and Carlton Street, and two (2) planters along the South side of Callowhill Street between Broad Street and 13th Street.
No planter to exceed four feet (4') in height or width.
Planters shall encroach at most four feet eight inches (4'8") into the footway of Callowhill Street and four feet (4') into the footway of Broad Street; leaving an unobstructed footway of five feet six inches (5'6") on Callowhill Street and eighteen feet (18') on Broad Street.
Four (4) planters to be placed with their eastern edge on the Broad Street property line and centered: two feet (2') southerly from Callowhill Street property line, 30 feet nine inches (30'-9") southerly from Callowhill Street property line, twenty six feet six inches (26'-6") northerly from Carlton Street property line and sixty one feet seven inches (61'-7") northerly from Carlton Street property line.
Two (2) Planters to be placed with their northern edge on Callowhill Street curbline and centered easterly from Broad Street property line: thirty eight feet ten inches (38'-10") and one hundred and eight feet two inches (108'-2").
SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department...
