THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Ericke & Katrina Taggart ("Owner") to own and maintain an existing deck and fence encroachment ("Encroachment") at 5200 C Street, Philadelphia, PA 19120 as follows:

Encroachment Description:

An existing wood deck in two parts:

Part 1

From a point approximately six feet (6'-0") south of the south property line of 5200 C Street to a point approximately twenty feet (20'-0") farther north and extending approximately four feet (4'-0") into the west footway of C Street, with approximately six feet (6'-0") of passable space remaining. The total height of the encroachment is not to exceed ten feet (10'-0") above the existing sidewalk.

Part 2

From a point approximately four feet (4'-0") east of the east property line of 5200 C Street to a point approximately twelve feet (12'-0") farther north and extending approximately six feet (6'-0") into the north footway of Ashdale Street, with approximately six feet (6'-0") of passable space remaining. The total height of the encroachment is not to exceed ten feet (10'-0") above the existing sidewalk.

An existing fence from a point approximately twelve feet (12'-0") west of the east property to a point approximately eighty eight feet (88'-0") farther west and extending approximately six feet (6'-0") into the north footway of Ashdale Street, with approximately six feet (6'-0") of passable space remaining. The total height of the encroachment is not to exceed four feet (4'-0") above the existing sidewalk.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections...
