Title
Authorizing Boyd's Realty Partnership, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain concrete planter encroachments at 1818 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to install, own and maintain concrete planter encroachments at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Planter 1

A concrete planter from the east property line of 1818 Chestnut Street to a point approximately five feet eleven inches (5'-11") farther west and two feet (2'-0") south of the south curbline encroaching into the south footway of Chestnut Street two feet (2'-0") farther south. The planter shall be no more than three (3'-0") in height above the finished sidewalk grade.

Planter 2

A concrete planter from a point ten feet eleven inches (10'-11") west of the east property line of 1818 Chestnut Street to a point approximately twenty-eight feet (28'-0") farther west and two feet (2'-0") south of the south curbline encroaching into the south footway of Chestnut Street two feet (2'-0") farther south. The planter shall be no more than three (3'-0") in height above the finished sidewalk grade.

Concrete Planter 3

A concrete planter from a point approximately two feet (2'-0") east of the west property line of 1818 Chestnut Street to a point approximately five feet eleven inches (5'-11") farther east and two feet (2'-0") south of the south curbline encroaching into the south footway of Chestnut Street two feet (2'-0") farther south. The planter shall be no more than three (3'-0") in height above the finished sidewalk grade.


SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, ...
