Title
Authorizing WT Restaurant Holdings, LLC., ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 743 South 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:

Encroachment Description:
A sidewalk café in three parts:

Part 1
Along the north building line of 743 S. 4th Street from a point approximately eleven feet four inches (11'-4") east of the west property line to a point approximately four feet (4'-0") farther east, encroaching into the south footway of Fitzwater Street approximately six feet two inches (6'-2") leaving five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Along the north building line of 743 S. 4th Street from a point approximately fifteen feet four inches (15'-4") east of the west property line to a point approximately nine feet ten inches (9'-10") farther east, encroaching into the south footway of Fitzwater Street approximately two feet six inches (2'-6") leaving five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 3
Along the west building line of 743 S. 4th Street from a point approximately twelve feet eleven inches (12'-11") south of the north property line to a point approximately nine feet two inches (9'-2") farther south, encroaching into the east footway of S. 4th Street approximately two feet nine inches (2'-9") leaving five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

SECTION 2. The installation, use and maintenance of the Encroachments described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses & Inspections and the Department of Streets, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole discretion, may allow minor variati...
