SECTION 1.  The following parking regulation is hereby changed:

                     8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.

                     Monday through Saturday

                     NEW:

                     Three – Hour Parking

                     8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.

                     Monday through Saturday
