WHEREAS, Bill No. 170519 was passed by this Council on June 15, 2017, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

 

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 170519: "An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'Real Estate Taxes,' by creating a tax foreclosure diversion program that requires housing counseling assistance, updating tax installment payment agreements to help taxpayers with financial hardships, and other related items; all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
