Body

WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 130355) approved June 17, 2013 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval;

 

WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 150574) approved October 27, 2015 amended Section 2 of Bill No. 130355 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to June 17, 2017; and

 

WHEREAS, it is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such requirements may be met; now, therefore

 

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 130355) approved June 17, 2013, as amended by an Ordinance (Bill No. 150574) approved October 27, 2015, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

 

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by June 17, 2017] by June 17, 2019:

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two_hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one_hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
