Authorizing Ralston Center, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain bench encroachments on Spring Garden Street, Brown Street, N. 37th Street, N. 35th Street, and N. 34th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to install, own and maintain bench encroachments at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:
Encroachment Description:
Two (2) benches approximately six feet (6'-0") long by seven feet (7'-0") tall by two feet (2'-0") deep at the following locations:
1. On the south footway of Brown Street approximately seventeen feet (17'-0") west of the N. 38th Street west curb line and three feet (3'-0").
2. On the west footway of N. 34th Street approximately seventeen feet (17'-0") north of the Haverford Avenue north curb line and three feet six inches (3'-6") west of the N. 34th Street west curbline on center, leaving a minimum of six feet six inches (6'-6") of clear walkable space.
SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Owner must first obtain or have its contractor(s) obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law governing the issuance of such permits, licenses or approvals. In addition, before exercising any rights and privileges under this Ordinance, Owner shall enter into an agreement ("Agreement") with the appropriate City department or departments, satisfactory to the City Solicitor, to provide that Owner, inter alia:
