WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington-Fishtown Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "New Kensington-Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of New Kensington-Fishtown, identified by house number and street address as 2610 Frankford avenue (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

2610 Frankford avenue.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the building and appurtenances thereto, if any, situate on the northwest side of Frankford avenue eighty-eight feet and three-quarters of an inch northeast from the northeast side of Huntingdon street in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia, Thence extending northeast along Frankford avenue eighteen feet to a point, Thence northwest at right angles to Frankford avenue seventy-four feet eight and seven-eighths inches to a point, Thence southwest at right angles to Huntingdon street nineteen feet six and three-eighths inches to a point, Thence southeast at right angles to Frankford avenue eighty-two feet three and one-quarter inches to a point in the northwest side of Frankford avenue and place of beginning.
