Title

Establishing a no parking regulation on the 8200 block of Torresdale Avenue, east side, between the entrances to the Pennypack Trail.

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  The following no parking regulation is hereby established:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

The 8200 block of Torresdale Avenue, east side, between the entrances of the Pennypack Trail.  This will allow the Streets Department to construct a bike lane and crosswalk to connect the two entrances of the Pennypack trail across Torresdale Avenue.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
