Authorizing Louie Louie Restaurant LLC., ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3611 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk cafe at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Part 1:
From a point approximately one-hundred thirty-two feet (132'-0") east of the 37th Street east curb line to a point approximately nine feet (9'-0") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of Walnut Street approximately six feet (6'-0").

Part 2:
From a point approximately one-hundred forty-one feet (141'-0") east of the 37th Street east curb line to a point approximately forty-eight feet (48'-0") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of Walnut Street approximately three feet six inches (3'-6").

Part 3:
From a point approximately one-hundred eighty-nine feet (189'-0") east of the 37th Street east curb line to a point approximately fifteen feet (15'-0") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of Walnut Street approximately four feet six inches (4'-6").

Part 4:
From a point approximately two-hundred four feet (204'-0") east of the 37th Street east curb line to a point approximately fourteen feet (14'-0") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of Walnut Street approximately six feet six inches (6'-6"). A minimum nine feet (9'-0") of clear passable sidewalk space is to remain after installation.

SECTION 2. The installation, use and maintenance of the Encroachments described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses & Inspections and the Department of Streets, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole discretion...
