Authorizing 618 Market LP, ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain façade enhancement encroachments at 618 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.

Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Owner to install, own and maintain façade enhancement encroachments at the Property ("Encroachments") as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Façade enhancement consisting of LED lighting, a wire mesh screen and appurtenant attachment hardware in two parts:

Part 1:
Along the 618-34 Market Street west building line from a point approximately two feet eight inches (2'-8") north of the 618-34 Market Street north building line to a point approximately sixty feet three inches (60'-3") south encroaching two feet eight inches (2'-8") over the S. 7th Street east footway. The façade encroachment shall have a lower edge no less than fourteen feet six inches (14'-6") and an upper limit no greater than fifty-five feet (55'-0") above finished sidewalk grade.

Part 2:
Along the 618-34 Market Street north building line from a point approximately two feet eight inches (2'-8") west of the 618-34 Market Street west building line to a point approximately one-hundred seventy feet two inches (170'-2") east encroaching two feet eight inches (2'-8") over the Market Street south footway. The façade encroachment shall have a lower edge no less than fourteen feet six inches (14'-6") and an upper limit no greater than fifty-five feet (55'-0") above finished sidewalk grade.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may all...
