Title

Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Refuse and Littering,” by providing for additional penalties and consequences for short dumping, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 10-700. REFUSE AND LITTERING.

§10-719. Penalties.

                     (4.2) No person or entity that has been determined to have violated Section 10-710(2) shall be eligible to receive any City contract.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
