Title

To amend the Master Plan for the River Road Residential Mixed-Use Area, bounded by the Montgomery County Line, a Railroad Right-of-Way, Shawmont Avenue, and the Schuylkill River, to approve a subdivision and the construction of a utility project.

 

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, the Master Plan for the River Road Residential Mixed-Use Area, bounded by the Montgomery County Line, a Railroad Right-of-Way, Shawmont Avenue, and the Schuylkill River, is hereby amended to approve a subdivision and the construction of a sewer utility station, as set forth in attached Exhibit “A,” which is on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office and attached hereto for reference.

 

Section 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective upon certification by the Commissioner of Public Property to the Chief Clerk of Council that the City has completed the purchase of the 30' x 40' parcel highlighted in Exhibit “A.”
