THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. All existing parking regulations on Spruce Street between Broad Street and 2nd Street are hereby terminated.
SECTION 2. The following parking regulations are hereby established:

Spruce Street from Broad Street to 2nd Street, South side.
2-Hour Parking
8:00am – 10:00pm
Monday – Saturday
Except Parking Permit 4
Spruce Street from Broad Street to Juniper Street, excluding turning lane, North side.
