THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Newsstands is amended
to read as follows:
§9-212. Newsstands.

(4) Location of Newsstands.

(e) There shall be no newsstand in the following locations:

(.10) the north side of Arch Street, between 18th Street and 19th Street

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
