7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Penn street, both sides, Kennedy street to Bridge street

SECTION 2.  The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two Hour Parking

7:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Monday – Saturday

Except RPP# 25

Mascher street, both sides, Norris street to Berks street
