Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Farmers’ Markets,” by adding a permissible location on Germantown Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-213. Farmers’ Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations. Farmers’ Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

                     * * *                     

(kkk) The sidewalk and curb lane of the east side of Germantown Avenue between East Church Lane and East School House Lane.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
