WHEREAS, Bill No. 180077 was passed by Council on June 14, 2018, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

 

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 180077, entitled “An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Business Privilege Taxes,’ by eliminating for new businesses the requirement to make an estimated payment when filing a return for their first tax year of business operations and allowing the estimated payment in succeeding years to be made in quarterly installments, all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
