THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Capitol street, east side, Brown street to Parrish street.

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
