THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Brown street, north side, Broad street to 13th street.
Two Hour Parking
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Sunday
Except RPP# 10
SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Russell street, south side, Germantown avenue to Old York road.
Two Hour Parking
6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Monday – Saturday
Except RPP# 13
SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Rush street, south side, Park avenue to Broad street.
Two Hour Parking
8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Monday – Sunday
Except RPP# 30
