Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Permit Parking Districts,” by creating a new Permit Parking District 36 in the vicinity of Cottman Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard and the Tacony Creek, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§ 12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.
* * *
(ak) District 36 - The area bounded by Cottman Avenue on the northeast, Roosevelt Blvd on the southeast, Tacony Creek on the southwest, and the City boundary on the northwest.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
