THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Timothy Lidiak, d/b/a The Thirsty Soul, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open air sidewalk caf? at 1551 West Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145, as follows:
Encroachment Description:
A sidewalk caf?, located along the north Right-of-Way line of West Passyunk Avenue and along the east Right-of-Way line of South 16th Street, in four (4) parts:
Part 1:
From a point approximately four feet (4'-0") east of the South 16th Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately eighteen feet six inches (18'-6") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of West Passyunk Avenue approximately thirteen feet (13'-0") toward the south, leaving a space of five feet (5'-0") for the ADA accessible building ramp.
Part 2:
From a point approximately twenty-five feet six inches (25'-6") east of the South 16th Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately three feet ten inches (3'-10") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of West Passyunk Avenue approximately thirteen feet (13'-0") toward the south.
Part 3:
From a point approximately thirty-two feet four inches (32'-4") east of the South 16th Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately twelve feet two inches (12'-2") farther east and encroaching into the north footway of West Passyunk Avenue approximately thirteen feet (13'-0") toward the south.
Part 4:
From a point approximately five feet (5'-0") north of the West Passyunk Avenue north Right-of-Way line to a point approximately nine feet (9'-0") farther north and encroaching into the east footway of South 16th Street approximately four feet six inches (4'-6") toward the west.
