THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to The Pennsylvania Commonwealth System of Higher Education, DBA Temple University, C/O Kenneth Kaiser & Thomas McCreesh, to install, own, and maintain non-standard lights in the Public Right-of-Way at 1901-47 North Park Avenue, along the Temple University Library property frontage, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

A set of non-standard lights, located along the south Right-of-Way line of West Norris Street and along the west Right-of-Way line of North 13th Street, in two (2) parts.

Part 1:
From a point approximately six feet (6'-0") east of the North 13th Street west Right-of-Way line to a point approximately two hundred four feet (204'-0") farther west and encroaching into the south footway of West Norris Street along a centerline approximately two feet (2'-0") south of the south curb line of West Norris Street.

Part 2:
From a point approximately eight feet (8'-0") north of the West Norris Street south Right-of-Way line to a point approximately four hundred ninety-six feet (496'-0") farther south and encroaching into the west footway of North 13th Street along a centerline approximately ten feet (10'-0") west of the west curb line of North 13th Street.

A minimum six feet (6'-0") on West Norris Street and five feet (5'-0") on North 13th Street of clear passable sidewalk space is to remain after installation.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically thos...
