WHEREAS, Head chef and co-owner, Michael Solomonov and his team create elevated and dynamic Israeli dishes and strive to bring the authentic flavors of Israel's cultural heritage to Philadelphia.
WHEREAS, Mr. Solomonov was previously named Outstanding Chef in 2017 and pastry chef Camille Cogswell was named Rising Star Chef in 2018 for their work at Zahav.
