WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended and supplemented, the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia has on April 19, 2016 certified the Kensington North of Lehigh Redevelopment Area ("Kensington North of Lehigh") as a redevelopment area and has completed a detailed redevelopment area plan for Kensington North of Lehigh dated April 19, 2016, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Kensington North of Lehigh, identified by house number and street address as 2250 East Cambria street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:
2250 East Cambria street.
All that certain lot or piece of ground with the buildings and appurtenances thereto, if any, situate on the southwest side of Cambria street at the distance of one hundred eighty-four feet six inches northwestward from the northwest side of Tulip street in the Twenty-fifth Ward of the City of Philadelphia; Containing in front or breadth on the said Cambria street fourteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth southwestwardly between parallel lines at right angles to the said Cambria street forty-seven feet six inches more or less to a certain three feet wide alley which extends northwestwardly into Trenton avenue.
