WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended and supplemented, the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia has on August 20, 1963, certified the Kensington North of Lehigh Redevelopment Area ("Kensington North of Lehigh") as a redevelopment area and has completed a detailed redevelopment area plan for Kensington North of Lehigh dated April 19, 2016; and
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Kensington North of Lehigh, identified by house number and street address as 2159 East Monmouth street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:

2159 East Monmouth street. All that certain lot or piece of ground with the buildings and appurtenances thereto, if any, situate on the said northeasterly side of Monmouth street at the distance of four hundred eight feet eight inches southeastwardly from the southeasterly side of Amber street, in the Twenty-fifth Ward of the City of Philadelphia; Containing in front or breadth on said Monmouth street fourteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth northeastwardly between line parallel with said Amber street on the northwest line thereof forty-six feet three and seven eighths inches and on the southeast line thereof forty-six feet one and five-eighths inches to a certain three feet six inches wide alley which extends southeast from Amber street ...
