THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.
* * *
( ) District 39 - The area bounded by the south side of Erie avenue on the north; east side of Front street on the west; northwest side of Kensington avenue.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
