THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
NO STOPPING ANY TIME
TOW AWAY ZONE
Jasper Street, from E. Clearfield Street south to the terminus of Jasper Street, east side.
SECTION 2. All prior street specific parking regulations for the portion of Jasper Street regulated in Section 1 are hereby rescinded.
