THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the Owner to construct, own, and maintain a proposed set of non-standard bollards at the Property ("Encroachment"), as follows:

Encroachment Description:
A proposed set of non-standard bollards, located along the north Right-of-Way line of Arch Street and along the west Right-of-Way line of North 15th Street, in two (2) parts.

Part 1:
From a point approximately fifty-seven feet (57'-0") west of the North 15th Street west Right-of-Way line to a point approximately thirty-one feet eleven inches (31'-11") farther west and encroaching upon the north footway of Arch Street along a centerline approximately one foot eight inches (1'-8") north of the north curb line of Arch Street.

Part 2:
From a point approximately forty-one feet three inches (41'-3") north of the Arch Street north Right-of-Way line to a point approximately eighty-one feet one inch (81'-1") farther north and encroaching upon the west footway of North 15th Street Street along a centerline approximately one foot eight inches (1'-8") west of the west curb line of North 15th Street.

A minimum nine feet (9'-0") on Arch Street and seven feet (7'-0") of clear passable sidewalk space is to remain after installation.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may allow minor variations of the dimension limits of S...
