THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of Bill No. 180293 is hereby amended to provide a new deadline for when the requirements listed in Section 2 of Bill No. 180293 must be completed in order to receive authorization from the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 34-S and 41-S.  The time to carry out the requirements listed in Section 2 of Bill No. 180293 shall be extended six (6) months beyond the original deadline listed in Section 2 of Bill No. 180293.

 

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
