THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the Owner of the property identified below, to construct, own, and maintain both existing and proposed pedestrian-scale lights at the Property ("Encroachment"), as follows:

Property: 440 North 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130 (the "Property").

Encroachment Description:
A set of existing pedestrian-scale street lights, located along the south Right-of-Way line of Hamilton Street, and a set of proposed pedestrian-scale street lights, located along the west Right-of-Way line of North 15th Street, in two (2) parts.

Part 1:
A set of existing pedestrian-scale street lights, located along the south Right-of-Way line of Hamilton Street, from a point approximately eighty-one feet zero inches (81'-0") west of the North 15th Street west Right-of-Way line to a point approximately two hundred ten feet six inches (210'-6") farther west and encroaching upon the south footway of Hamilton Street along a centerline offset from the curb approximately two feet zero inches (2'-0") toward the south.

Part 2:
A set of proposed pedestrian-scale street lights, located along the west Right-of-Way line of North 15th Street, from a point approximately thirteen feet zero inches (13'-0") south of the Hamilton Street south Right-of-Way line to a point approximately one hundred sixty-one feet zero inches (161'-0") farther south and encroaching upon the west footway of North 15th Street along a centerline offset from the curb approximately two feet zero inches (2'-0") toward the west.
