Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by creating the /MMP, McMichael Park Overlay District; all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-526. /MMP, McMichael Park Overlay District.
(1) Applicability.
The requirements of this /MMP, McMichael Park Overlay District apply to all properties bounded by Henry Avenue, Midvale Avenue, McMichael Street, and Coulter Street.
(2) Regulations.
No structure shall be constructed within the overlay.
