Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Permit Parking Districts,” by amending the boundaries for certain permit parking districts, and by establishing a new permit parking district, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows.
CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS.

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

(z) District 25 -

(ee) District 30 -

(mm) District 38 - The Streets Department, by regulation, shall determine the boundaries for permit parking District 38, which shall consist of portions of current permit parking District 25 and current permit parking District 30. The Streets Department, by regulation, shall alter the boundaries of current permit parking District 25 and current permit parking District 30 to create permit parking District 38.
(nn) District 39 - The area bounded by the south side of Erie avenue on the north; east side of Front street on the west; northwest side of Kensington avenue.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective 180 days after it becomes law.
