Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 152 by striking from the City Plan Sixty-Seventh Street from Upland Street to its terminus northwestwardly therefrom and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for public utility purposes within the lines of Sixty-Seventh Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.
