THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.   Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

[14]  Non-accessory structured parking is permitted on lots located east of 12th Street and west of 10th Street that have an existing non-accessory structured parking garage with at least 400 parking spaces.

(m)                       Exemptions from Off-Street Loading Requirements 

 

Notwithstanding the provisions of §14-806(2), for lots within the Chestnut and Walnut Street Area, West that meets the conditions of Table Note 14 of Table 14-502-2 (Supplemental Use Controls in the Center City Overlay District), any floor area in use as non-accessory parking shall not be used to calculate required loading spaces.
