Authorizing an encroachment upon East Passyunk Avenue and Moore Street in the vicinity of 1801 East Passyunk Avenue Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to 2027 South Juniper Partners, LP, or a subsequent owner (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain encroachments at 1801 East Passyunk Avenue as follows:

Property: 1801 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148 (the "Property")

Encroachment Description:
A proposed awning and supportive columns ("the Encroachment"), around the frontage of said property at the southeast corner of East Passyunk and Moore Streets, running along East Passyunk Avenue from a point beginning approximately thirty-six feet seven inches (36'-7") south of the southeast corner of Passyunk Avenue and Moore Street, and continuing east on the south curb line of Moore Street for forty-two feet five and a half inches (42'-5 1/2") east of from the southeast corner of East Passyunk and Moore Streets

Along said thirty-six feet seven inches (36'-7") of East Passyunk Avenue, the Encroachment shall extend eleven feet three inches (11'-3") over the east sidewalk of Passyunk Avenue, with a clearance of eight feet six inches (8'-6"), leaving six feet (6'-0") of clear footway.

Along the forty-two feet five and a half inches (42'-5 1/2") of Moore Street, the Encroachment shall extend eleven feet two inches (11'-2") over the south sidewalk of Moore Street with a clearance of 8 feet six inches (8'-6").

Section 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may allow minor v...
